KUM Memory Point – the perfect brush lettering brush
Due to its unique properties, the KUM Memory Point is particularly well suited for brush lettering. The contrast of thick and thin lines gives the words in brush lettering that certain something. Depending on how much pressure is used, different effects can be achieved with the Memory Point.
The perfectly shaped tip is ideal for drawing the smallest details and lines. If you only lightly stroke the tip over the paper, the finest lines are created. If more pressure is applied to the brush, it fans out. With the now widespread brush tip, thicker strokes can also be drawn. If the pressure is released again, the tip returns to its original shape and thin lines can appear. This allows the width of the line to be varied as desired in a brush stroke.
The high resilience and dimensional stability of the brush also ensure that all the hairs form a point. As a result, there are no protruding hairs that cause unwanted lines or stains. The KUM Memory Point enables maximum control when painting.
The high storage capacity is also an advantage for lettering. In this way, long lines can also be created in one go without having to add a new color. This makes the whole lettering process smoother and faster.
